Your five new ads

How your ads compare with the ones that keep running

An ad that is still live after two months is usually paying for itself. I found 11 roofing-lead sellers with ads like that and put your five new ads next to them. Where theirs did something better, I've already changed your ads.

Where your ads win

  • They show who owns the pixel. None of the competitor ads mentions it.
  • They name the questions a lead must pass, and say a recorded call checks them.
  • The Tulsa check proves you look at each market before you take a client.

Where theirs win

  • "No ad spend" sounds safer to a roofer, and most of them offer it.
  • Short promises a roofer reads in one second.
  • Big-number result cards and handwritten, phone-photo images.

Who is still running ads

Most agencies from your June list have stopped. RoofIgnite, Marketing Ninjas, Dominant Local and NCT Media run no US ads today. Only Contractor Liberty still has one older than two months. These are the ads that have lasted.

Your five ads, and what I changed

Ad 1

Your ad account and pixel stay in your name

Your ad

"Open Business Settings in Meta and look at whose name is on the ad account. Then check who owns the pixel."

Stronger: it shows the roofer how to check, in two places, in under a minute.

RoofLeads Pro · since Aug 2026

"You own everything, the ads, the pages, the calls."

RoofLeads Pro ad in the Meta Ad Library
Changed

Most long-running ads sell leads with "no ad spend". Your ad now answers that, in both texts:

Added
"Leads sold with 'no ad spend' work the same way. When a lead seller pays for the ads, everything those ads learn stays with the seller."
Ad 2

"Qualified" is written down before you spend a dollar

Your ad

"A lead counts only after a recorded call answers the questions your own office asks."

Stronger: it lists the actual questions. Theirs only makes the promise.

The Kim Bros · since Feb 2026

"Set your own qualifications"

The Kim Bros ad in the Meta Ad Library
Changed

Their four words say the same thing as your lead standard, faster. Headline 2 now does the same:

Before
What "qualified" should mean
After
You write down what qualified means
Ad 3

We work with one roofer per area

Your ad

"14 Tulsa roofers in September. 5,756 Google reviews. Not one Facebook ad."

Stronger: Scalify and HomeDirective also limit clients per market, but only you show a market you checked.

Suburb King · since Aug 2026

"How we helped Quality Roofing generate an extra $463,000+"

Suburb King ad in the Meta Ad Library
Changed

Ad 3 gets a second ad: a still result card with your roofing record, run next to the video with the same texts. Words only, no client name or screenshot, because of the NDA.

1,424 ROOFING LEADS$44.76 A LEADONE ROOFING CLIENT. 16 US MARKETS.
Ad 4

Your cost per closed job should be on a dashboard you own

Your ad

"Do you know what each closed job costs you?"

Stronger: it gives the roofer a sum to work out their own number.

Business 411 · since Dec 2025

"You already know leads are slipping away. You just don't know exactly where."

Business 411 ad in the Meta Ad Library
Changed

Theirs is the longest-running free download in the set, with a phone photo of a whiteboard. Your second opening now uses its shape, and the notepad images stay handwritten:

Before
"...the cheapest lead you buy can turn into your most expensive job."
After
"...you know some of them cost too much. You just don't know which ones."
Ad 5

Your reps should only drive to leads that passed a recorded call

Your ad

"Nobody home. Again."

Stronger: it fixes the problem before the truck moves. Theirs only promises better appointments.

HomeDirective · since Aug 2026

"$200 for a 'lead' that 7 other roofers already called. Again."

HomeDirective ad in the Meta Ad Library
No change

Both use the same POV video format. Theirs leads with a price and a count, but those are figures you couldn't show on a call. If you can send me one number from your own records, I'll put it in the first frame.
